Surveys and Feedback Forms

From time to time, SBwB may request information from you through surveys or feedback forms. Participation is voluntary. Information collected is used for the purposes of improving our product and services and understanding our audience. No personal information collected in this manner will be used or disclosed except in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Classroom Training, Seminars & E-Courses

Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or submitting a completed cancellation and reschedule form online. You are responsible for ensuring that SBwB receives the written request. SBwB will reply with a written acknowledgement. Rescheduling a paid course training is permitted with 2 weeks advance notice. Once the deposit is paid, if you reschedule with less than 2 weeks advance notice, a 20% reschedule fee will be charged. The rescheduled paid course training must take place within specified time duration of the training. If the course training does not take place within 12 months of the original onsite date, all deposits, fees and remaining balance will be forfeited. Due to the fact that SBwB reserves the dates you schedule for your personal use thereby preventing us from scheduling classes for other clients on those date(s), rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted. If you cancel course Training, Seminars & E-Courses at any time, your course fee deposit will not be reimbursed. If there are non-refundable expenses incurred by SBwB on your behalf and they account for more than your course fee, you are obligated to pay the additional cost. Any remaining balance of the training fees will be refunded to you.

SBwB reserves the right to cancel Classroom Training, Seminars & E-Courses at any time. If SBwB cancels the Classroom Training, Seminars & E-Courses due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of SBwB, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, or your course fee can be credited toward a future course, which would be rescheduled at your convenience, based upon availability. SBwB is not responsible for travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If SBwB cancels a Face-to-Face Training, Seminars & E-Courses in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Refund Policy

Any refund of course fees and or reduction in course fees liability is at the discretion of School of Business Without Boundaries (SBwB).

Course Cancellation                                                  

Two week to course commencement-  80% tuition fee is refundable

Thereafter – No refund
